Mayhem Manila – The Like magazine

I can feel you staring at me. I don’t even have to look, know you want it but you don’t
have what it takes.
The sweat in my chest is the only thing that’s cool, so don’t piss me off cos I’m already hot.
You’re in my space, the streets are Mayhem. I need to get some air.
If you can find me, ill take it off, but you’ll be in my playground, my rooftop, Manila.

Photographer & model

We did this shoot on the top level of a car park in Perth, it was just one on one, simple, red and raw.. and she had it all.

Testimonial;

I recently got the chance to work with Jules Szoke on a indie style grudge shoot. Jules has eye for capturing natural, raw moments that have an intense energy behind them. His less is more approach to styling and well researched locations made the shoot easy and productive. Jules’s professionalism as well as easy going, friendly personality made me feel extremely comfortable onset as well as encouraged me to really push myself as a model, which are evident in the fantastic end results. We discussed concepts and he listened to my thoughts weeks prior, which resulted in a successful shoot where both photographer and myself (model) were extremely satisfied. Amazing photographer to work with and hope again to the near future. Keep an eye out for ‘Parking Permit’ in LIKE magazines upcoming issue!

“Going Nowhere” Vigore magazine

I had a blast shooting this series over 2 sessions and 4 locations, both days had completely different weather but the amazing team on board made it all fit seamlessly.

“The story is based on a woman trying to escape the urban landscape and hit the road, just like Jack Kerouac did in his legendary novel ‘On the Road’. In elegant attire, she finds herself stranded in the middle of nowhere since her late 70’s car broke down. The road is an incredibly inspiring place for present and past styles to come together. Current trends of the Spring/Summer season present themselves through her journey from the side of the Highway to an abandoned Gas station and the Rail road station. Once the train reaches the final stop she is lead to a Bus Junction, where she meets another traveller also on a journey anywhere far away from home. The bus leaves the Quarry and ultimately bringing them closer to their next stop; one that they are has yet to discover”
